BRAND JAPAN Return and Refund Policy

Contact Before Returning

Please contact store@brand-japan.ne.jp before returning any item. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back until we have confirmed the return address, packing method, and any documents required for international shipping.

Return Eligibility and Deadline

A return of an eligible standard item must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Damage, Incorrect Items, and Missing Items

For damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For an incorrect or incomplete order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Keep the item, inner and outer packaging, shipping label, and relevant photographs until we have reviewed the situation.

Exchanges

An eligible standard item may be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability and the condition requirements above.

Excluded Items

One-of-a-kind, made-to-order, sale, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping and Non-refundable Costs

For a customer-choice return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, and import taxes are not refundable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we generally process the refund within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Returned or Unclaimed Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, the shipment was refused or unclaimed, or the recipient did not cooperate with a carrier requirement, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. If reshipment is not requested, any eligible merchandise refund will be reduced by the original shipping charge, return shipping, and any non-recoverable duties, taxes or carrier charges incurred by BRAND JAPAN.
